It is called dialwise Website http://niftylist.co.uk/calls/telcom/dialwise/ just copy and paste that address into you address field and away you go. They with then give you a drop down menue of whatever country you are going to visit and a phone number prefix to dial before you enter the long international number. Its quite a lot 30 digits sometimes but the cost of the call is only local rate in the uk 0.5-1p per minute ive used them and it doesnt even show up on you phone bill. We have had the need to use the Health Service here on more than one occasion and have always been very impressed by the service we have received. Except that is when recently my better half, Cathy had to go to see the Doctor and the receptionist destroyed her Card in front of the packed waiting room! Apparently although we had done the journey to Granadilla some time ago to add Cathy and my Daughter to my details so that they could access the system, because Cathy had since had a 3 month work contract in her own name she had been removed without us knowing. Unfortunately as Cathy's contract was nor renewed (not unusual) this left us without any cover for her! We now have to go back to Granadilla to go through the process again - I guess next time Cathy gets a contract will know what to do ... I love the phrase ‘This Is Tenerife’ – it just fits so well.
